Delivery Policy & Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 3:00 PM are usually processed the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Charges & Free Shipping
We are proud to offer 100% Free International Shipping on ALL orders to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain, with no minimum purchase required! There are no hidden shipping charges calculated at checkout for these regions—delivery is completely free.

Shipping Timelines
* Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) & Arab Countries: 7–12 business days.
* International Shipping (Other Regions): 10–18 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance).

Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your package using the link provided in the email or from your account’s order status page.

Important Notes
Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs delays for international orders. Some high-value items may require a signature upon delivery. Taxes and duties (if applicable) are handled smoothly for all international orders.

Order Changes & Cancellations
You can request to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it (before processing). Once the order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages
All shipments are insured. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and supporting photos so we can assist you immediately.
